All deposits customers make for bookings at All Island Car & Limo Service are non-refundable. Our company is not held responsible for mechanical breakdown while chartering. We are only liable for making up the lost time at a mutually scheduled date. Clients must take complete financial responsibility for any damage to the limousines while renting them or any members of their special event. We charge a fee of 100.00 for burning each carpet or seat. Our sanitation cost is 250.00. Use of drugs and alcohol consumption are prohibited by law while driving. Customers will need to pay the fine, if there is any. Our chauffeur has the right to terminate run without refund, if he finds any blatant indiscretion while driving clients. It’s restricted to standing through the sunroof during your limo ride. Smoking is prohibited inside some of our limousines and this decision is on the hands of our chauffeur. We will charge overtime pay after the first 15 minutes of prescheduled time on the run sheet. Our company is not responsible for any delays or terminations during winter that may be caused due to unsafe road conditions like accidents, not salted, etc. We are not liable for articles left in the limousines. Customers need to pay the balances to the chauffeur on the scheduled date prior to the run. Customers can’t load our vehicles beyond their seating capacity.
